Our services begin with meeting and discussing with you all of your menu planning, including Hors d’Oeuvres, Buffets, Outdoor Receptions or Grazing Presentations and to review the schedule of your day’s event. We are happy to lend our professional ideas and suggestions from our many years of experience to accommodate any budget.

Our Wedding Packages Include:

• White table linen and skirting for Bridal, Cake, Gift, Cookie/Pastry and Buffet tables
• Exquisite miniature lighting under Bridal and Cake Table
• Bridal table includes champagne glasses, water pitchers and water goblets, china and silverware place settings, color coordinated linen napkins, silver candelabras and candles and white silk bouquets
• Light all candles for guest arrival
  Announce your guest tables individually for meal
• Arrange your cookies in a beautiful display on our mirrored and tiered trays
• Cut and plate your wedding cake
• Serve Bridal Table
• Package all leftover food (if buffet) for your take home subject to signing a “leftover food waiver”
• Coordinator to oversee all of the details of the food presentation
• Professional catering staff attire of black slacks, tuxedo shirts, cummerbunds and ties
• Ongoing communication and counseling
• Optional services available

It is important to know that we will cater at any event site you have selected, providing you are permitted to have the Caterer of your choice at that particular site. Please visit our Menus & Venues page for some of the Venues we presently cater.
